Orhan Alptürk Photography Workshop

Photographer Orhan Alptürk, who was our guest at Originn Chat last Tuesday, will be with us first on Saturday, October 29 and a week later on Saturday, November 5, with a workshop that will consist of two parts.

In the workshop; What is photographic image, The place of photography in our life, The place of all kinds of photography in our lives and its relation with the objective world, Demonstration of the building blocks of photographic production in practice, Realization of photography's own reality in practice.

The subjects will be covered and mobile phones will be used instead of cameras. (If they wish, they can bring their cameras with them.)

Orhan Alpturk; Orhan Alptürk, a photography theorist and instructor, who has more than 40 personal exhibitions, articles and journal articles; He gave lectures on Visual Reading, Writing and Meaning at Izmir University of Economics and Yaşar University, Contemporary Photography and Interpretation at Dokuz Eylul University, and Creativity in Serial Narratives at Izmir University.
