Thanksgiving Jar Making with Relax with Art

'Are you tired of complaining about what's going on while your dreams are running low? Wouldn't you like to look at yourself and life from a different perspective? Realizing what you have on the way from dreams to action and building tomorrow....This workshop invites you to take the first step towards this.

Recognizing the gifts in your life is immensely empowering. Savoring these gifts makes you feel good and also helps to keep your balance when you face difficulties.

In this workshop, we will pursue the gifts in your life, and the gratitude jar that we will design and take home at the end of the workshop will help you continue this practice in your daily life and take positive steps.'

; After her studies in psychology and civil society, she met Art Therapy. Through the Anadolu Jam and The Way of Council workshops he attended, a new vision was opened in his life about being a community, communicating from the heart and the heart without violence, sharing and transformation. With his leaf works, he tries to contribute to the transformation of individuals and society by using art and creativity. Yaprak Kaymak Özgür, whom we know from his Art Relax works.

All materials to be used in the workshop, which will last 2 hours, will be prepared. At the end of the workshop, the participants will take home glass jars that they will use as Thanksgiving Jars, as well as a visual work they have made.
