Wine & Chocolate Pairing with Arzu Hakbilir

Our tasting event, where we will discuss the story of a small cocoa bean beginning at any point between 20˚ North and 20˚ South latitudes, and the story of the grape born from the creation of the vine that comes to life between 30° and 50° North and South latitudes, will be held on Thursday, January 19th at 7:30 PM at Originn FoodLab. We will evaluate this story in its ultimate form as Chocolate & Wine, within the context of Texture-Taste-Harmony-Balance and Technique, and a very special wine selection prepared by Arzu Hakbilir will be paired with Podisi 'Bean To Bar' Chocolates.
