Sangria, a fruity wine cocktail, got its name from the Spanish word meaning 'bleed' because of its deep red color.
Sangria, which has many known simple recipes, has been classified as 'flavors obtained by boiling' by the mixologist Burak Genç and Sangria Syrup has emerged.
During the workshop, Burak Genç will give the recipe of the syrup he developed himself, while also demonstrating its preparation in practice. At the end of the workshop, there will also be a sangria tasting accompanied by snacks.
Burak Genç: Having met mixology at Umami Bar Improvemet, Burak Genç received training on this subject for 3 months at American Juice Company. He formulated recipes that would reveal the aromas of edible vegetables, rooted and green leafy herbs and spices. We know Burak, who creates unique cocktails by combining his aromas with alcohol, from Alsancak's interactive venue Edit.
