Bu Etkinlik Hakkında

In the practice of Yin Yoga, which is a physical and mental relaxation process; By learning to let go of the patterns and conditioned tensions we are used to, we will have the opportunity to connect to the serenity within us, and we will take our souls on a pleasant journey in poses with the deeply affecting sound of the violin.

In this journey, we will direct our awareness both to our inner space and to the melodies by accompanying the stories of the works.

Yin Yoga; It is a slow, instinctive and meditative practice that works on the deep layers of the body and beyond. While working on more than one point of the body, the legs, hips, groins and connective tissues around the spine are targeted. Especially for joints, back and spine health, Yin Yoga is very beneficial. It is an ideal style to prepare the body and mind for meditation while bringing the needed flexibility to the body. It balances all Yang Yoga styles physically and energetically and all the activities we do by using our muscles actively. Violin; It is the most important member of the string instrument family with its uniquely beautiful voice, which is closer to the human voice in many respects compared to other instruments.

"Why yin yoga with violin accompaniment?"

We wanted to transform the idea of yoga that we do with the types of music we are used to, and meet at the point where both sides stay in the moment... We will experience a lesson in which we blend yoga, which is a tool for the integration of the mind, soul and body, and Socrates' idea that "music is the food of the soul".
