Bu Etkinlik Hakkında
Healthy eating is a definition that has increased its popularity recently. While the unstoppable increase in the world's population inflates the demand for food, with the rapid development of the industry and trying to respond to this demand, we are forced to eat things that look like food but have low nutritional value and even harmful. Another issue we have to deal with is that a large part of the food produced becomes waste without being consumed. For these reasons, we are trying to rediscover our healthy eating habits that we have destroyed as humanity, and it is a fact that many people need to relearn this and become conscious.
In summary, eating healthy can also mean consuming high-quality food. To be able to get high quality protein, carbohydrates, heart-healthy fats, vitamins and minerals; Reducing the stages that food goes through until it comes to the table are important steps for healthy eating.
Increasing your productivity, saving on your food expenses, being happy, being able to control your weight, and living a longer and healthier life can be listed as the benefits of a healthy diet.
